Hello Backers,

We hope all of you have had the chance to go through the survey form and fill up the details. We thought it would be good if we cleared up some common questions we have been getting with regards to the survey:

1. Do I get the Pebby pouch from the unlocked stretch goal?
Yes, all backers will receive a Pebby pouch for their pledge

2. I do not see the option to choose my Pebby Smart Ball or Charging Dock

The Pebby ball and charging dock comes standard with the Pebby Package. So if you made a pledge for any of our package, you will receive the standard items.

3. Are the 3d Brushed Caps considered the outer casing
No, the 3d Brushed Caps are part of the EASYfix inner caps designs. In total you have the option to choose from 10 inner cap designs. The outer cap is a transparent Polycarbonate plastic casing which comes standard with all Pebby Package.

4. How many EASYfix Caps am I suppose to receive

You should receive one set of cap for each package you backed. So a buddy pack will get you 2 sets of caps and Jumbo package backers will receive 10. Additionally, all backers will get one more free EASYfix cap from the unlocked 300k stretch goal.

5. Can I update my shipping address at a later date

Yes you can. You can make changes to your survey up till the time we lock down the surveys. Once surveys are locked down, you will not be able to make changes to your shipping address. Surveys will be locked down some time in late June-early July. An update will be posted the week we are about to lock down the surveys so you can make any last minute changes you need to your survey.

6. What comes in the standard Pebby Package

1 x Set of Inner and Outer Caps
1 x Downloadable Pebby Mobile App

Pebby's Kickstarter is finally over! What a journey it has been! We hit our last stretch goal and therefore we'll be unlocking it for all backers!

500K STRETCH GOAL! #5

This was our first campaign that we've done and the total number of backers is truly staggering! It is truly a joyous and tearful realisation that the fruit of our labor over these 3 years has found meaning and love from all of you! We can't thank all of you enough for your massive support for Pebby. We hope your faith in us will be rewarded by the wonderful moments you'll enjoy with your pet!

As a notice for the campaign end, there are some things that is worth mentioning:

1. A Kickstarter survey will go out in the coming weeks. We will be working with CrowdOx to manager all pledge and getting a confirmation of your shipping address.

We'll ask you most importantly for your email address that you read (we won't spam you) - if you give us an email you don't check you will miss important updates - including when and how much to pay for shipping, tracking info and lots of important project communications.

2. We'll use the info you give us to populate an account on our pledge manager, and when that's complete we'll send you a link at the email address you gave us through Kickstarter. On the pledge manager, you will be able to specify which items you want, pay for additional items and also for shipping.

In case you have any trouble processing your payment at the end of the campaign, please visit the Kickstarter's FAQ Page. We reproduce here the pertinent section:

A project I'm backing just succeeded and my card was declined. What do I do?

If your pledge was declined, just log in to Kickstarter and click the “Fix payment” button in the banner at the top of your screen. This will guide you through the process of changing your payment method. We'll also send you an email every 48 hours with a direct link to correct the issue. Don't delay, however: backers have 7 days to resolve payment issues before they are dropped from the project.

Here are things to look into:

1. Check that you entered a valid credit card number and the correct expiration date. Make sure the card hasn't expired.

2. Confirm that your billing address and phone number are correct.

3. Make sure you haven't exceeded the credit limit on your card.

If everything checks out, it's possible your bank put a hold on the charge. Please contact your bank to authorize the pledge. Once you've cleared up any issues with your bank or card, you'll still need to follow the "Fix Payment" link to retry your pledge.

INTRODUCING PEBBY COLORS

Hello Backers! 

Hope you all have had an amazing weekend so far! Yet another awesome/busy week here at PEBBY!

We have already hit over 170k with over 900 backers! WOW! We could have only done this with your help and support. Thanks for the love and support, Team Pebby is sincerely grateful. You all have really helped bring this project to life and we want to bring your attention as backers now to something you'd love - COLORS.

Now to let everyone have a quick recap, Pebby comes with a variety of colored caps. These caps are fixed with magnets allowing for easy fixing and changing. The whole point of colors is to embrace your individualism and customising your Pebby look according to your desired mood! 

Standard Selection

 We are currently offering EIGHT choices of colors: 

LETTERS | SWIRL | SCALES | PAW | SPAGHETTI | KITTY | PUPS | CHERRY

You will not be able to choose the color you want now when you pledge. However, once the campaign ends, we will be sending out a survey for you all to answer via E-mail. So make sure your email associated with your Kickstarter account is updated. If you use Facebook to login, it will send to the email associated with your Facebook.

There, you will give us your current shipping information as well as choose the colors you will want. Another thing to add about the survey, is that you can verify the combinations of your pledge! (How many extra caps or smart collar?) And its a fast, easy and organized way for us to get your info, and send your your package seamlessly.

As you all know, we have introduced our stretch goals in the last update. If we hit the next mark, we'll be adding TWO more color choices... and this will be 3D BRUSHED.
