Can I pledge for different combinations of Pebby?
Yes you can! If you’d like 3 sets of Pebby, simply sum up the cost of each and pledge the total amount. ie. 3x$124=$372 Place your pledge as $372 + shipping and a member of our team will contact you to confirm your order! How durable is it?
Thick shatter proof outer polycarbonate casing and our unique suspension system makes Pebby extremely durable. It can withstand rolling down the stairs and aggressive playtime with your pets.

Does it bounce?
No. Pebby does not bounce but it’s durable PC casing and in-built suspension system can withstand bumps and falls when being knocked around by pets.

How long does the battery last?
PebbyBall: 1.5hrs of optimal playtime and 12hrs on idle mode. When Pebby is awake but not in use, it automatically goes into idle mode, saving battery power consumption. We recommend you drive Pebby into it’s charging Kennel when it’s not in use where it can stay constantly charged till it’s next playtime

How to Charge Pebby ?
The Pebby Package comes included with an Inductive charger Kennel. Just place it in/drive it into the charging Kennel and it will begin charging.

Can Pebby be charged when I am not around?
Yes. The charging kennel is designed with a slope, so you can drive your Pebby ball in and out easily when you are not around. Pebby also comes with auto Kennel detection function module which will helps you navigate Pebby right into it’s charging dock.

Can it be used at night?
Yes, Pebby comes with in-built super bright white LED lights, that can be turned on in poor lightening conditions.

Can I change the colour of the LED rim?
Yes, this function is available via the App interface. You can choose your desired color from the gradient pallet in the mobile App.

Why do you need the PebbyCollar?
PebbyCollar tracks and monitors your pets activity sending you key insights directly to the mobile app. By tracking these activities, PebbyCollar radio becon connects with your Pebby ball and is able to auto-play with your pets when it detects that your pet is not getting enough activity for that day.

How many colors does it come in?

Do I get the Pebby pouch from the unlocked stretch goal?
Yes, all backers will receive a Pebby pouch for their pledge
I do not see the option to choose my Pebby Smart Ball or Charging Dock
The Pebby ball and charging dock comes standard with the Pebby Package. So if you made a pledge for any of our package, you will receive the standard items.
Are the 3d Brushed Caps considered the outer casing
No, the 3d Brushed Caps are part of the EASYfix inner caps designs. In total you have the option to choose from 10 inner cap designs. The outer cap is a transparent Polycarbonate plastic casing which comes standard with all Pebby Package.
How many EASYfix Caps am I supposed to receive
You should receive one set of cap for each package you backed. So a buddy pack will get you 2 sets of caps and Jumbo package backers will receive 10. Additionally, all backers will get one more free EASYfix cap from the unlocked 300k stretch goal.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
